A: Simply provide proof of participation in an insured fitness plan such as Silver Sneakers, RenewActive, Silver & Fit, or Prime and use the PrimeLife Enrichment Center for your fitness activities 10 times or more per month.
Q: What if I meet the requirements above but want to sign up for an Enhanced membership?
A: As long as you participate in a qualifying insured fitness plan, you are eligible to become an Enhanced member for as low as $20 per month or $60 per quarter.
Q: How can I pay for my membership?
A: We require our members to utilize the convenience of monthly automatic withdrawals using your debit or credit card or direct withdrawal from your checking account.
