The Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Exercise program is designed to accommodate the abilities of individuals with arthritis and other related diseases (like M.S. and Parkinson’s). This class improves muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance, and it helps clients relieve symptoms of arthritis and manage pain while boosting their independence. No swimming skills are needed.

Intermediate Aquatic Aerobics, Medium Intensity-

Tone muscles and improve aerobic capacity in an environment that is easy on the joints. This class includes a total body warm-up, aerobic session, cool down, and stretching.
